ROSE-FITT HOUSE BED AND BREAKFAST HUNSTANTON

A warm welcome awaits you at our family-run "home from home" guest house. Your hosts Phil and Andrea King, moved to Hunstanton from the East Midlands in 2002 and undertook the huge task of transforming a very tired ex-nursing home into superb bed and breakfast accommodation.

Rose-Fitt house is situated in a quiet residential part of Hunstanton which is centrally located, being only a short walk from the town centre and the sea front.

The house overlooks Lincoln Square green, where you can sit out on a fine evening, on one of the many park benches and watch the wonderful sight of the sun setting into "The Wash", Hunstanton being the only town on the east coast that faces west!

Relax in the comfort of this beautiful Victorian house with wonderful sea views. Only a few minutes' walk to the beach and town centre.

There is ample on street parking and we are able to offer off-street parking by request.

Well behaved children are most welcome, a cot (please provide your own bedding) and high chair are available if required

Sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.

This is a strictly no smoking guest house but you are welcome to smoke outside.

We are open all year except Christmas and New Year

Our centrally heated, tastefully appointed bedrooms are all newly refurbished each having en-suite shower rooms, TV, hot drinks making facilities, hairdryer, alarm clock and other extras.

We have a twin room situated on the ground floor as well as double rooms and family rooms (which consists of two linked bedrooms), on the first and second floor. All the rooms on the front elevation of the house, which includes the dining room, have wonderful sea views.
