Gina & Joan, the resident lady proprietors, extend a very warm welcome to all well-behaved guests. Our self-contained (en- suite) self-catering holiday flats provide very clean and comfortable accommodation, with the freedom to come and go as you please.

We have a superb location on the seafront, near North Pier, the Tower & the Town Centre. In the Autumn (September and October) we are ideally situated to enjoy all the magic of the Blackpool Illuminations, and for quiet, relaxing walks all year round. The flats are only a few minutes' walk from the famous Tower, the North Pier and all the Town Centre shops, theatres, clubs, restaurants, entertainments & amenities.

The Self-contained, Self-catering Flats

The Riva Self-catering flats (sleeping two to seven) are clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Constant hot water is provided in the flats for your convenience and all have private shower and toilet facilities (en-suite).

Equipment includes electric cookers, microwaves, fridges, toasters, heaters (both convectors + low-cost radiators) & colour TV. Electricity is supplied by a £1 coin meter in each flat.

We have fully complied with Blackpool Borough Council's stringent new requirements for fire safety regulations and environmental health standards.


Flat 1
Sleeps up to seven. Lounge with (triple) futon (double bed settee + bunk bed above), plus kitchen/diner area. Bedroom with double divan bed and bunk beds. Shower room. Toilet room. Spacious Ideal for families with children.

Flat 2
Sleeps two (a couple). Lounge with double divan bed, plus kitchen / diner area. Shower & Toilet room.

Flat 3
Sleeps up to six. Splendid sea views. Lounge with double divan bed + double sofa bed, plus kitchen / diner area. Bedroom with bunk beds. Shower & Toilet room. Ideal for families with children.

Flat 4
Sleeps up to four. Bedroom with double divan bed. Lounge / Kitchen with double sofa bed. Shower & Toilet room. Not suitable for children

Flat 5
Sleeps two (a couple). Lounge with double divan bed, plus kitchen / diner area. Shower & Toilet room. (This flat had twin beds, but, responding to demand, we have now reverted to a double bed for 2004)

Flat 6
Sleeps up to four. Splendid sea views. Spacious room with double divan bed and bunk beds, plus kitchen / diner area. Shower & Toilet room. Ideal for families with children.


Please Note

  • Sorry, we do not have any ground floor accommodation.
  • For reasons of hygiene we regret that we are not able to accommodate pets.
  • To avoid disturbance and nuisance to other guests (and to our own home) we regret that we do not accept 'stag' night or similar group bookings.
  • Only well-behaved guests are welcome.

Standard Prices shown below are PER FLAT for TWO people sharing, with scope for additional guests, at an additional price per person.


The three prices quoted are for:
(1) FULL WEEK (7 nights, usually Saturday to Saturday)
(2) LONG WEEKEND (3 nights, Friday to Monday)
(3) MIDWEEK BREAKS (4 nights, Monday to Friday).
FLAT 2 or 5 - double en-suite - all year prices for ONE or TWO sharing:
(1) week £140 (2) long weekend £90 (3) midweek break £90

FLAT 1 or 4 -more spacious with separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen
all year prices based on first TWO sharing:
(1) week £210 (2) long weekend £140 (3) midweek break £140

FLAT 3 or 6 - double en-suite with magnificent sea view
prices from JANUARY to JUNE based on first TWO sharing:
(1) week £245 (2) long weekend £150 (3) midweek break £150

FLAT 3 or 6 - double en-suite with magnificent sea view
prices from JULY to NOVEMBER based on first TWO sharing:
(1) week £280 (2) long weekend £180 (3) midweek break £180


Additional guests - subject to acceptance - accommodation details below
FLAT 1 - in addition to double divan bed, flat 1 has bunk beds in the bedroom and a triple futon (double sofa bed + single bunk) in the lounge/kitchen. - maximum guests in Flat 1 = 7

FLAT 3 (with sea view) - in addition to double divan bed, flat 3 has double sofa bed in the same room plus bunk beds in separate room.
- maximum guests in Flat 3 = 4 adults and 2 children

FLAT 4 - in addition to double divan bed in the bedroom, flat 4 has a double sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen. - maximum guests in Flat 4 = 4 adults .

FLAT 6 (with sea view) in addition to double divan bed, flat 6 has bunk beds in the same room. - maximum guests in Flat 6 = 2 adults and 2 children

FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS SHARING THE SAME FLAT (all year) ADD
for Children (up to age 15) + £5 each per night. Full week + £35 each

for Adults + £7.50p each per night. Full week + £52.50p each Responding to the changing pattern of holidays, we will do our best to be flexible with dates, subject to availability, to meet your particular requirements, so please do ask!
