Apartments

 

The apartments take their names from the fells they face and Claife, Post Knott, Brantfell and Cleabarrow overlook the beautifully secluded mature grounds.

They are centrally heated and furnished to a very high standard with well equipped kitchens.

Bed linen is provided and the beds will be ready for your arrival.

The heating, lighting and electricity are all included and there is a separate laundry with washing machine and tumble drier.

A minimal charge is made for the use of z-beds and bed settees.

A cot can be made available on request.

There is ample parking for all our guests within the grounds.

We ask that our guests respect our strict no smoking policy.

 

The Brantfell Apartment:

Situated on the first floor of the annexe adjacent to the main house and having open views to the grounds and fells.

Brantfell is a spacious apartment which will sleep up to six people with the use of two large z-beds

The Claife Apartment

This first floor apartment overlooks the gardens to Claife heights.
Claife apartment will sleep up to five people with the use of the bed settee.

 

The Post Knott Apartment

With views of the grounds and fell this apartment is situated on the first floor.
Post Knott will sleep up to four people with the use of the bed settee

The Cleabarrow Apartment

Situated on the ground floor in the annexe adjacent to the main house this apartment has its own patio area with table and chairs to make full use of the garden and views over the fells.

Cleabarrow will sleep up to three people with the use of a z-beds

The Lindeth Apartment

Looking towards Lindeth Fell this first floor apartment is a compact, bed-sit arrangement comprising of living / dining area, colour TV, fitted kitchen area with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There is a double bed and fitted furniture and the ensuite bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin, WC and shaver socket.

How to Find Us

Leave the M6 at Junction 36 and follow the A591 to roundabout (9 miles).

Take the first exit (B54284) signed Hawkshead via ferry.

Packway House is on the right approx. 6 miles from the roundabout and just before the junction with the A5074; the first house after the golf club
