We have converted two old stone barns on our working dairy farm into self catering holiday accommodation. Dick Turpin's Nook and Horseshoe Cottage.

The cottages are based on Brown Bank Farm Sandy Lane Threapwood

Our barns have been converted leaving as many original features as possible. The luxury one and two bedroomed barns have exposed oak beams throughout and wooden floors upstairs, cosy rugs and leather suites, with locally crafted pine furniture.

We are in an ideal location for walking and exploring the great outdoors in the Southern Peak District and the Staffordshire Moorlands, one of Britain's best kept secrets.

We have endless unspoilt countryside, scenic market towns Cheadle, Uttoxeter, Ashbourne, Leek and beautiful villages. Providing action at Alton Towers, shopping in the Potteries, historic houses, The Dove Valley, steam railways, canals and industry throughout the area. You could find the perfect break just a few hours drive away.

There are unspoilt views of mature grassland and woodland with a network of quiet lanes to walk and cycle, also guided walks can be arranged.

This cottage sleeps 2/3 (two adults 1 child) There is a lounge with leather suite and chair, kitchen / breakfast bar with cooker, fridge, washer, kettle, toaster, microwave, a large bedroom with king size bed plus a bathroom with shower and w/c. Oil fired central heating throughout.
