The avenue runs parallel to the promenade and the Ellan Vannin Guesthouse is just 75 yards from the bus and tram stops.

Mary and Pip will make you feel at home and you will be issued with front door and room keys so that you can come and go as you please.

The Ellan Vannin Guesthouse is a non-smoking establishment.

When you reach the end of the M55 follow the signs for the Promenade. Once on the Promenade head north towards the Tower and North Pier.

Continue following the Promenade until you reach the Hilton Hotel on your right. Turn up Warley Road then take the first left onto Gynn Avenue.

We are situated approximately 25 yards down on the left-hand side.
